David currently serves as COO and Vice President of EMPRIMUS, a research and development company working with electric power utilities and various departments of the United States to design, patent, build, test and license complete and effective products to protect the electric power grid (both AC and HVDC) against stray DC currents, Solar and E3 HEMP ground induced currents (GIC), electromagnetic pulse (EMP) including Intentional Electromagnetic Interference (IEMI).  Mr. Anderson has more than 15 years of experience with neutral blocking technology and electromagnetic detection and works with an experienced team of experts in the electric utility industry.  He and his team have been awarded a variety of patents relating to neutral blocking as well as methods and devices for IEMI and E1 (“early pulse”) detection and triggering to engage protective systems and/or rapidly isolate portions of the power grid.
